RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged for a website credit within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please see below to start the process. The item must be unworn, in the original packaging and accompanied by the original sales receipt.
NOTE: No refunds will be allowed.
HOW DO I START THE RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS?
If you wish to return or exchange your product, please follow these instructions. All returns will be credited with an E-Gift card. Items may be exchanged.
Please email us at email@example.com (subject line: Return: Your Order#) to request a Return Authorization Number. Please specify which product you are interested in returning or exchanging and the reason. We welcome your feedback!
Shipping and handling on all returned items is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable. ALL sales are final after 30 days. For all US customers, Lorelei Nautical Treasures ships all packages exclusively via USPS (United States Postal Service) only. USPS is unable to ship to a PO box.
