ORDER & SHIPPING PROCESS
Once an order is submitted it begins processing as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are submitted. However, please note: depending on the items purchased, orders may take up to 5 business days to process before they are shipped. Once an item has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the buyers provided email address. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship orders to post office boxes, however, we are able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs. Depending on the items ordered, you may receive your items in multiple shipments.
