Shipping policy

Special Note:   Due to COVID-19 shipping and in-transit times may be delayed. Carriers are experiencing service delays which can add to standard shipping times. Due to high volume with carriers you may not see scans or movement on your package while it is in transit. If your order does not show any movement after 10 days from the date you receive tracking information please contact us.

 

ORDER & SHIPPING PROCESS

Once an order is submitted it begins processing as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are submitted. However, please note:  depending on the items purchased, orders may take up to 5 business days to process before they are shipped. Once an item has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the buyers provided email address.  To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship orders to post office boxes, however, we are able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.  Depending on the items ordered, you may receive your items in multiple shipments.

 

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

For all orders placed up to $100, the customer will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $6.75.

For all orders placed with a purchase price above $100, the customer will not be charged for shipping.

Lorelei Nautical Treasures cannot be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise unless insurance is purchased for package. CONTACT us BEFORE OR AT PURCHASE TO ADD INSURANCE FOR DOMESTIC PACKAGES. (Additional Fees will be applied)

 

CANADA SHIPPING

All shipments to Canada are subject to a base shipping cost plus additional customs and/or applicable VAT taxes.
